Well, the good news is I've gotten rid of 9.6 pounds in one month! This required eating well/correctly with 2 mishaps and exercising between 4 and 5 times a week doing Zumba, Hip Hop Cardio Blast and Zumba Toning. I feel great! I'm so proud of myself because I have horrid knees and even with major modifications to movements, I know now I can still do this and get rid of FAT! GO ME!
However, I wonder if I could have done a little better. I am not being down on myself by any means, but I did not log food hardly here or log on in nearly 2 weeks of the month. So that is the bad! It's good to know I'm doing something right, but I need to be consistent. I want to know what goes in my mouth and have something to look back on!
