Today for only the second time I got all four categories--Calories, Fat, Carbs and Protein on target. I wondered why I could not get it right before. All the calorie counting, choosing the right foods, etc. I felt like somewhat like a failure. Then it occurred to me that I had been making progress all along--those baby step--that lead to greater and greater success. I also know I am now in the world of real people, not perfect ones.
