Well, I've not been the best with logging on SP or exercise but I've improved my sleep and nutrition. I committed to cooking dinners and bringing lunches to work this week. The scale dropped 1.5 pounds. I think it is possible that it is true loss and not just water weight. I'm happy with the baby steps in the right direction and I'm thinking about additional goals to add and adjust for next week as I will be on vacation.
