Prepping for July

I'm pre-training for July. I've been walking every day, doing yoga and strength-training twice a week, and doing very light workout DVDs. I SO want to do more but I'm still fighting off a sinus infection and I just don't have the stamina yet. Hence, the pre- in the pre-training. I hope by July first I'll be ready to do the 28 day bootcamp DVD that I just bought. It's nice to be back on track and having fun with it again.

Sounds like you've got a great plan. Just remember to take it easier (still getting at least 10 minutes of fitness in) a couple days a week. You don't want to get burned out!

    Good for you!! I plan to kick-start my regime in July as well. I will have walkways all along the waterfront right outside my door. And throw that sinus infection in the garbage and not the re-cycle bin. Best to you. Stay cool and hydrated. Maggie
