Hide and seek

My sincerest apologies to the FSC -- I've been hiding.
I missed a couple of days becasue of my schedule and then my mind took over and I stayed away. I actually have had anxiety about coming back or deciding it was time to give up the ghost and quit.
I won't say that I was really bad while I was gone, because I really wasn't, but I wasn't that great either. I've made some improvements in certain areas but totally gave up in others.
But instead of quitting, a few things have happened since I left that has really helped give me a nudge or two to try again.
1. A co-worker lost his wife to a heart attack....she was 30 years old! She wasn't overweight, but she had high blood pressure and a lot of stress.
2. Had a wonderful health presentation at work on metabolism. Gave me a few good ideas. Also found out that I'm included in a program through work to take 4 months of classes on weight loss, nutrition, healthy living, fitness, etc. through our local hospital. It will start in August.
3. I went camping for the first time since my mom passed away 3 years ago. We rented a camper. It had a small bathroom in the camper that wouldn't be a problem for most people, but I BARELY fit. It makes you think about your priorities when going to the bathroom becomes a concern.
4. My wonderful FSC friends who stopped by and nudged me to see if I would reappear.
Well, here I am. I will be back for the July challenges. I'm ready to get out of my funk and find my diva-groove again. I missed you guys!
