Right now I am participating in 2 Summer Challenges. They are both keeping me busy. In one of my challenges this week the Fitness Challenge is Interval Training. Whew!! It's not easy!! I tried walking/ speed walking yesterday which went great. Today I did Interval Training on the Elliptical. I thought I was going to throw up, but it felt so good at the same time!! I really want to get to wonderland on the scale so I have to step up my physical activity. I also have to track everyday on the nutrition tracker..... its the weekends that always seem to get me!
I also tried another new thing today at physio..... from 11-12 there is a core strengthening and strech class. Today was the first day that I paticipated. It felt great, and I feel this will help me lose more inches! The more fitness I can get in the better!!
