I was discouraged from spending gas money to walk at the church. I had been up to 3 miles per session and was walking at least three times per week. I did other things at home. Spring came and so did my allergies. This kept me from walking outside because I would get sick if I breathed too much pollen. I recently was uptown and stopped at one of the churches to walk. I couldn't walk even one mile.
These are excuses. The reality is that I need to walk more. Since the outside is not possible for me at this time, I need to walk more inside. Constantly walking is my goal. At least three 10 minutes walking sessions per day.
I need to get into shape and active again. It is the only thing that will help me lose weight.
