Jump start!

So, I need to speed up this weight loss. First off its not working by just eating healthy and exercise. I decided that I will keep my workout the same, which was Walk/jog every other day 3-4 miles and elliptical for 45 min the other days then Add in strength training 3-4 times a wk. Good workout and not really going to do much there.

EATING: only fish and chicken with ezekial bread and brown rice for extra carbs. I have decided to drop the CALORIES to try and get some weight off. I don't know how bad this is but it helps me drop the pounds. Usually once i am down I can maintain. I am NOT eating unhealthy by cutting calories but I am actually eating very healthy. Fruits, veggies, lean meat and no bad carbs. Eating like this actually cuts the calories down naturally so I also add in a protein shake. I still only make 1025-1200 if lucky with high protein and low fat and carbs.

How long can one go like this while not messing up your metabolism? I don't know? But I am going to only try this for a week to see what the results are and to get a jump on my weight loss.
