Alright ~ I have one day down...and that's all it takes to get the ball rolling. I planned all meals and snacks yesterday and had a GREAT workout ~ spinning, yoga, and (upper body) weights.
I was hungry late in the evening, but stayed "tough and focused" and chose not to eat anything except a few small carrots. I was happy with that and felt satisfied that I didn't give in to having anything more. This morning, when I woke up, I felt rested and good about myself ~ awesome!
Today's plan is much the same ~ I have meals/snacks planned as well as a 15 mile bike ride and some core work. Tomorrow, I will get back into the gym for spinning and weights.
