Breaking Point

Wednesday, June 27, 2012

Well, it's happened. I have finally reached my breaking point.

I just cannot take it anymore. I'm done feeling tired all the time. I'm done with the foot problems. I'm done with the knee problems. I'm done with my thighs rubbing together (that drives me CRAZY!). I've had these problems for a few years now - a few years too long.

I'm done feeling unhealthy - bottom line.

I'm done whining about it, too - it's time to put up or shut up.

Sometimes we have to hit rock bottom to really get to the point of being fed up and wanting to get healthy and fit! It took my husband being in the hospital to have stents put in his heart with 2 arteries with a 90% blockage in each to say no more! Of course, there have been ups and downs! But, I have lost 56 pounds in less than two years (slowly but surely) and am not going back! Have kept it off and am working hard at getting the rest off with the help of wonderful SP and my SPF's! Good for you! Stick with it-one day at time- you will get there! If I can, you can, believe me!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Reaching the point of "NO MORE" is a great first step. The decision leads to commitment which will keep you on track.

Congrats for taking the plunge and best of luck to you on your journey!

When you are finally tired of whining is truly when you start working. Keep up the attitude and get it done. emoticon
