I am feeling grrrrrreat! I've been participating in Fit Club every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and then working out on the days I don't go. Since last Monday (6/18) I have only missed one day of working out, so that's 8 out of 9 days of working out! I have also been watching what I eat. At first, there were some challenges at work, because my new boss brings donuts and cookies ALL the time (which those are my weakness), but each day I find it easier and easier to say NO! I don't even crave that stuff anymore. The biggest bonus of all is that I have an enormous amount of energy... I love it!
I'm not going to list every single thing I eat, because a lot of it is the same, but I can tell you that I eat a lot of veggies, fruit, protein, and grain.
