This is a definite learning experience.
I have tried several times throughout my life to lose weight. Each time I would learn something--need to consistently exercise and need to record your food, etc.
This time, with the help of SparkPeople.com I was able to put it all together and continue to be on a successful journey.
At the end of Jan. I weighed 229 lbs. I now weigh 195.5 lbs. and feeling good!
