Okay So I worked out this morning (check). Starting on my water (check). And already logged what I am having for breakfast (Check). But I find it difficult to log. It's like losing weight is my part time job. I have to always think about it before I eat that cookie or add extra sour cream to it. Will it get easier? I certainly hope so. Another thing that I am proud of is I packed my lunch last night. I am super excited because I NEVER I mean EVER do it. I think that alone might help me lose weight. So far so good. And if you happen to read my blog and feel discouraged, let me encourage you to move forward and work out make smart choices its good for you and it is good for me!
