Why is it so hard?

Okay So I worked out this morning (check). Starting on my water (check). And already logged what I am having for breakfast (Check). But I find it difficult to log. It's like losing weight is my part time job. I have to always think about it before I eat that cookie or add extra sour cream to it. Will it get easier? I certainly hope so. Another thing that I am proud of is I packed my lunch last night. I am super excited because I NEVER I mean EVER do it. I think that alone might help me lose weight. So far so good. And if you happen to read my blog and feel discouraged, let me encourage you to move forward and work out make smart choices its good for you and it is good for me!

    @vlksha That is a good idea. I am starting to use the favorites and I just now started realizing I can recopy things and so on. It is getting easier and easier.

    I agree that packing your lunch/snack will make things easier as you go. You may find that you can create a favorites list of the type of items you are willing to shop for and just have to drop them in or copy them day to day. The simpler the food the easier it is to add. Wanting the tracking to be easier may help you be more healthy/fresh in your choices. Eventually, you will find that adding new foods to tracking gets easier too.

    It's always hard getting started and starting a new routine. Once you break through that it gets easier as it becomes part of your lifestyle. Thanks for adding me as a SparkFriend and for the encouragement in this blog.
