Almost half way to my goal!

So, I haven't been tracking my food or excercise. However, I have been working my butt off, not on my game Biggest Loser. I have been cleaning about 8 hours a day trying to get all of my regular cleaning and pick up all the little things that get neglected. Plus to follow up with all the cleaning I have a garden to take care of and yard to weed eat and mow. It's alot to keep up with, but, it takes my mind off all the chaos I have had to deal with lately. I eat breakfast, get online for 30 minutes or so. Then, I start cleaning or working outside. Always drinking plenty of water. Yesterday I drank like 20 cups of water! I was working outside most of the day. Came in for lunch, cleaned a little to cool off in here, worked outside some more and finished back vaccumming the house and cleaned the fireplace. Now, off to the garden!!!

    Sounds like you've been getting a lot more of a workout cleaning and doing yardwork than you would've with the game! 8 hours, whew!!! Great job!!! The best part is you are killing two birds with one stone - exercise AND a clean house and yard!!! emoticon
