5 week challenge!

Laying down the gauntlet and challenging myself to 5 weeks of pre-vacation ass-kicking workouts!!

GOALS:
4 x Running/week
1 x Sprint work at the track/week
1000 x push-ups total
5000 x crunches total
1000 x lunges
1000 x squats

Here we are on week one. So far I've finished:

3 x running (1 more to go!)
1 x sprint work
20 x push-ups
0 x crunches (need to work on this!)
20 x lunges
20 x squats

Eating is good. Forgiving myself daily for what I have done, pushing myself forward to what I can achieve and become through discipline and self-assurance!!
