Training Day 4

Finally got my new headphones in. Going to take them out for a run tomorrow. So excited. The plan for tonight is to do some weightloss yoga with Bob Harper. I've done yoga workouts before but this has to be by far the most difficult one I've done. I actually find myself swearing at him emoticon !

Anyway. I'm really excited about this half marathon. We decided to take the one in November so I can properly train for it. Awesome.

My mini goal for the next two weeks is to lose 5 lbs. I weighed myself today, but my usual day is Sunday. I feel a bit guilty for doing it but I wanted to see how my week was going... 70.3 kilos which is 155 lbs. That's the weight I said that I was on my driver's license! Now I'm going to have to change it to my goal weight or something. If I can get down to around 150-151 I will be elated and will feel great wearing my bikini for a BBQ coming up. I haven't been that weight in forever. Since high school maybe. I'm really motivated this week to take my goal of 5 lbs and crush it!
