Exercising less...

One of the stranger things you learn is lots of people who have been really successful at weight loss and body toning is the idea of exercising less than you think...

This thinking part of us really needs an overhaul as much as the rest of us and yet I very rarely meet anyone who exercises their thought processes and practices nice...

Anyway, building in a simple daily exercise routine that is simple and doable is much better than going to the gym for an hour every day for a week and lasting 3 weeks until you hurt yourself or just burn out...

Start simple... Go for a walk for five minutes "today" and then congratulate yourself. If walking is currently too difficult then get some dumbells and sit down and do some chair exercise... And congratulate yourself...

Keep it simple sexy... Kiss Kiss...

    exercise can make me hungry! I have to be careful! For many exercise curbs hunger a bit; not for me! But you are correct to do an exercise you can live with or else it is useless! thanks 4 reminding me!
