I feel amazing!
Two days in a row of no carbs at night and I feel a huge difference! Nathan and I got a little adventurous and decided to chop up some kale, spinach, onions, tomatoes then shave off the top of broccoli wtih some turkey sausage and sautee it in coconut oli. We added a little bit of pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and voila, one of the best stir frys I've ever had! I also made a cucumber salad with white vinegar and lots of pepper. It was easy to prepare and delicious!
Today's focus was running and upper body strength! Definitely kicked butt on both! Since I ran 2 1/2 mins the other day, I wanted to see if I could do it again and more this time. The song "Paradise" by Coldplay came on and I couldn't help but challenge myself to run on 7.0 for the entire song. I DID IT! By the time it was over, I was SOOO proud of myself. I kept walking and running, switching between walking on high incline and running at 5.5. I did that for 20 mins and then powered through an upper body work out. It was tough but I pushed through it. :)
Didn't get on the scale this morning but I plan on weighing in on Friday. I'm pretty optimistic!
