Roasted some vegetables that needed to be used and tried the Spark recipe for pork tenderloin. Made three bean salad, similar to the one from weight watchers cookbook. Tracked all my meals and cleaned up the kitchen. Took a walk to the mailbox. Made my grocery list. Explored some more Spark topics and looked at my friend's posts on FB . Wow!
