I have stayed humped over this computer all day with rarely a break and my back is feeling it. But I will be walking in about an hour so hopefully that will help. I usually take breaks fairly often but I got behind and worked hard to get caught back up today. Yipee, I did get caught up so the rest of the week should be a breeze. Plus we don't have supervisors meeting Thursday, so I won't have to take minutes. Lunch tomorrow with the grandson so that will help hump day go a lot faster. WOOHOO. There's beauty in everything.
