This time, I have been not so strict about it, and I have been more conscious about what I bite. Ha ha. Fat free gets a bad rap, so I am trying to eat some light stuff like cream cheese and yogurt (but not hummus), which still taste good. I am also doing more in the mornings to get my walking and exercise out of the way.
More importantly, I have time to devote to myself and my husband is being really supportive. Plus, he is helping me with the labels too (I mean I can read and do math, but he is going for the low cal stuff, like the low cal lunch meats). Mostly, I am getting better at measuring my portions (without packing food in).
Now, my struggle is to balance out my calories because I have been under my calories these last few days, and I don't want to punk out when I go to the gym or chase my kid in the park.
All this to say, that I plan on continuing to develop good eating and exercise habits and stick with them.
