Well school is out now...and I am finding it WAAAYY harder than last summer to get/stay on track! Between eating out and all the junk food cravings, this is definitely going to be a challenge. I at teetering at 165 and really want to knock off about 15 lbs to be my ideal weight.. Any tips? I am trying as hard as possible to track, also I need to work out an exercise schedule for myself. It is also extremely hard bc I am babysitting for the summer, which allows me to graze all day long. When I am in school I don't but now that I can eat whenever I want it is super hard! I know what I need to do, it is for some reason so hard for me to do it. I mean I did it last summer, what is the difference?! I need to stay motivated!! Thanks for reading my vent. Any suggestions can help.
