As I've started back on a healthy routine I find myself stuggling to choke down 1,200 calories a day. Most days I barely break 800. I can't seem to stuff any more food in me. It's quite frustrating. Maybe I should cut back my water intake? I don't know. As I plan out my food day and track on here, I find that I'm just not consuming enough, and then about 25% of what I plan to eat, I can manage to get down. I'm just not hungry.
Went to the gym this morning. Had a good workout on the Arc Trainer eliptical but my knees and legs feel like jello. I wish there was a cardio activity I could do that didn't involve my legs!
Also frustrated with the scale. It hasn't budged all week. I feel like I should be seeing some movement but I'm not.
Right now, my 18 month old baby is sick and the lack of sleep and stress is a factor I'm sure. Took him to the doctor today and hoping antibiotics will get him straightened out. He hasn't been a very good sleeper at all. 18 months old and I can probably count on one hand the number of times he's actually slept through the night.
I feel like I'm on the right track but so many factors this past week have got me down. Ready for the weekend and hopefully get caught up on some rest!
