the heat of the moment!

Whoops, better watch out. It's Tuesday. Time could be repeating!

Okay, enough Supernatural references ... for now.

Onto the real things.

I'm working from home today, which means no gym, but I should run later. I'm also doing mini exercises all day to break up the watching TV and working insanity. However, it also means my kitchen is a little too nearby, so I have to be careful not to munch on things. I'm already not doing that as well as I would like. Whoops.

Other than today, my exercise and food are going mostly pretty good. A bit of overeating here and there, but not enough to hurt me, just keep things moving slowly. Lots of good working out, including 105lb deadlifts and squats and calves.

Sleep is getting better. I'm forcing myself to kick the covers off when the alarm goes off so that I get chilly and have to get up. I also have some plans to accomplish certain goals in the morning. I've gotten up within 45 minutes of the alarm so far, so that's good.

I'm also kicking things off my to-do list at an impressive rate. Yay! Just gotta go keep it up. Today involves grading, finishing and recording a new song, and working on my class worksheet for tomorrow.

Hopefully all of you are also getting things done!

    That's exactly what I do . . . kick the covers off. If I leave 'em on, it's all over but the snoring!.

    Yep, we're getting things done, just not at the same rhythm as you! Very impressive! Not to mention those deadlifts... emoticon

    Too bad when you get things accomplished on a Trickster Tuesday you have to do it all over again starting with the Heat of the Moment. HAHA! But really, while you're in the kitchen eating, be sure to avoid the pig in a poke or the hot sauce might hit the floor. There's no reason for being really really childish until you notice the strawberry syrup.

Okay I need to stop those references. haha Good to know you're getting things acocmplished and figuring out how to make yourself wake up.
