Just wanted to check in! Im all on track.
Im eating well! thankfully I have been craving fruit and orange juice this pregnancy! Occasionally a chocolate milkshake or a chocolate bar donut, but I have gained exactly what I should have this time around! (sigh of relief) Previous pregnancy was so different I was SO unhealthy, and gained 60 lbs on top of that, puttting me at 40 lbs overweight for 3 years! ( I lacked MAJOR discipline, and was so extremely unhappy!! Thank you Lord for Spark!!)
I have been consistent with exercise, getting ready to get back to the gym. I have been getting in walks or going late to the gym for the machines, but I miss my regular classes! My husbands work schedule is falling a lot later than it used to- He now gets home around 630-645 where as it used to be 5 exactly. When he walks in we eat dinner, and then by the time cleaning the kitchen comes around and bathtime, its already 8-830. All my energy is depleted, and Im ready to relax on the couch and spend a few hours with my hubby. This hasnt been working out for me- I need just that little bit of time to refocus, and do something for my body! I have found the solution! Today Im just going to go get the month pass for the Kids Club, so that way my son and I can go anytime we want during the day- and I can go back to some of my fav yogas and zumbas I have been missing O SO MUCH! Man life was easier when summer break wasnt here!
Im in the final stretches! I simply CAN NOT wait until she gets here! 71 days left! My Dr told me last week we will be scheduling the C section a week earlier than her Original Due Date, so now the new one is Sept 5th!!!!! YAHOOOOOO
First thing I do when Im cleared to workout again is signing up for another half! This will be my 2nd!! My life feels so incomplete without training and a goal!!!! I have been reading up on training and all the things I will be able to do again, and Im so Excited!!
