Hit new Plateau!

Just hit a new plateau, but guess I have been really not counting calories and not exercising daily. If I pick the rhythm back again, probably the fat will continue to melt. I also need to head back to the gym and do some weight lifting... It adds some muscle weight, but helps at the end of the road.... i will consider today DAY 01 of getting back in track and melting....
