My progress is right in line for success by July 20th! I had no weight loss this week but that's no surprise with my late night snacking. Week was rather stressful, Ive been doing much better in week 3. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything lifes throwing at me I am just trying to get back to the basics of doing what make me happiest then dealing with my daily checklist, at the end of the day I am feeling better. So here are the results...
Starting weight, 159.5 (yep, I almost got back into the 160s!)
