I really want to do a better job at working out. When I get home to do the P90X or 10 Minute Trainer with my husband, I feel so spent from the day. I do not know how to dig down far enough for the UMPH I need to work out.
I was able to get out for a walk with daughter and granddaughter since the weather is nice, but it is.
I leave the house at 4:30am and return around 4:45pm. I will greet the kids and granddaughter, change clothes, start dinner and the desire I had to work out earlier has fizzled somewhere on the 90 minute drive home.
Sometimes, drinking a glass of chocolate milk gives me a boost ;-)
Where can I find the energy I need to get the most out of my workout???
