Monday - Week 5, Day 1 5K to 10K
This was my first workout since June 11. I guess my motivation came back when I saw my weigh in for yesterday and it was the highest it's been all year. I realized that I can't just keep doing what I'm doing or I'm going to wind up heavier than I've ever been and I really didn't like that person. Also I'm trying to get in shape to have baby #2 (whenever we get pregnant).
I wasn't able to run the whole thing at the speed I normally had been, but after taking 2 weeks off, I need to realize that I have to start slow again.
Day 1 of 1 this week!
