I did the kettlebell training for the second time. The first time I tried it, I had no plan other than to do 100 swings and I didn't like it. But after reading Tracy Rifkeind's book The Swing I learned to do so many sets with rest in between.
I really like this workout which is saying a lot. Other than walking I don't like working out. But this is different. And it feels good to have this as an addition to my workout routines.
