I love the workout videos on here. When I started SparkPeople the first time (and lost 30 lbs) I used the bootcamp videos and they were awesome. I just like that they are short but they're still a great workout, and if you want a longer workout you can pick two or three to do.
That is a good one! Monty's right. The 28 day boot camp that goes with it makes it VERY doable! If you could get through the cardio part of it, the rest is easy!
