I've hardly had any pain for about a week and the physical therapist said that I can slowly start jogging again as long as it doesn't cause me pain. So my plan is to do a couple of the early runs with short running times to test it out and then maybe pick up where I left off.
I've started tracking my calories on here (and quit weight watchers). I need to write a whole post about that, but for now this is working for me so I'm glad. I had become very depressed because I wasn't losing weight, and I HATE tracking, but I've found a method that seems to work for me.
I just read a book "Eating Thin for Life" that really motivated me and let me know that's it's ok to design my own program around what works for me. I don't have to take a single plan and force myself to follow it if it's unnatural for me. Ultimately, I need to develop the lifestyle that will let me maintain my weight loss, not just get me there.
