A few of you asked for the recipe for the slaw I brought, nice since there's no refrigeration required...here ya go!
Ramen Noodle Cole Slaw
2Tbsp Toasted seasme seeds
1/2C Toasted, slivered almonds (350 for 10 minutes in toaster oven)
1 bag shredded cabbage ( I used one small head of green and one small red cabbage and some shredded carrots for color)
4 Green onions, chopped
1 Pkg Ramen noodles, chicken flavor w/seasoning mix
Dressing:
2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tsp Accent
1/2C olive oil
1 Tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Noodle seasoning mix
Mix dressing in shaker and let sit for a few hours to develop flavors. Break noodles into small pieces. Toss all ingredients together JUST BEFORE serving.
