I'm feeling much better about everything than I was Friday night. I really appreciate everyone's comments/suggestions/support on my last blog post, it truly helped me. I found out today that I'm going to be able to swap my dress for the correct size, so that takes a huge weight off my shoulders.
In better news, this was the push I needed to start tracking calories again, and I have been within on everything since Friday, and that included 2 cookouts and lunch with some girlfriends! I stepped on the scale to weigh in this morning for a summer challenge I'm doing, and lost 0.6 pounds since last Monday! I've also continued to stay off soda. I've managed to use my issues Friday to my advantage and I'm actually really surprised. Usually this kind of stuff gets me down and hurts my weight loss goals. Here's to hoping this keeps going!
