Wondering why in the world I'm not losing weight. I stopped tracking my food. Now that I'm back to tracking I see that I've been going WAY over. No wonder I'm not losing. If I ever get this though my thick skull I'll be on my way to success.

I have been under the weather for the last week. I did manage to lose two pounds. Trick there is I haven't been eating normally.

May the light bulb not burn out.

Did you have a nice vacation?
Congrats on the 2 pound loss. I MUST start tracking my food again. It is when I don't track that I gain weight. Finding time is my biggest issue right now, so wish me luck.

    I have been tracking all of my indulgences and bad habits this summer. I'm about 1000 calories in excess everyday. Good thing I'm exercising alot, or I would be gaining a ton. Need to have better self-control so I can start losing again. Good to see you back!

  I had fallen out of the habit of tracking calories almost a year ago. Started counting calories again in April and it has helped me a lot! Good luck to you, and keep us posted!
