I always seem to find myself punishing myself for going off of my diet. Then when I try to start over I find myself feeling like I am going to suffer somehow! I made it through day one and I didn't suffer at all!
I planned my meals out for one day, Prepared them, following my plan ate at regular intervals and stayed on track.
Now is day two. Last night I planned my menu- Today I'm doing the same. What got me back on track had to be planning and preparation!
It feels so good to eat and not feel deprived, I can do this. Heres to day three!!
