Phew, today the scales cooperated. After gaining 1lb back last week,this week I lost 2lbs. I worked really hard this week. I walked 6 out of 7 days. I did 2 out of 3 strength training days. My husband came walking with me yesterday. It was really nice. I enjoyed his company. We kept our pace up and even ran a little here and there as well. It felt really good when we were done.
