So this week our DG Goddess Challenge had us making sure that we eat lots of freggies (that is fruits and veggies). The challenge was to find new and fun ways to incorporate freggies into our meals, and blog about them!
So this is what I have come up with. I made some AMAZING salads this week. I am posting the recipes on my recipe website. But I'll give you some previews here.

Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Stuffed strawberries with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
(Not the healthiest but good portion control and so Yummy)
Just a healthy breakfast.
Now for my highlight of the week. My famous Zucchini Bake.
