I've spent the past couple weeks thinking about exercise. Looking at my crazy schedule over and over trying to figure out when I can fit in 10 minutes here or 20 minutes there.
The truth is, moments that I have the ability to dedicate solely to exercise are few and far between. So instead I am turning my eye towards the daily activities of life, and ways that I use them to be more active.
Whether it's volunteering to mow the lawn while hubby plays with the baby, suggesting an outing to the park rather than staying in, or vacuuming out the pool, these provide quite a bit more activity than my sedentary desk job provides.
It's a start!
