day 7-8

day 7 down 1 on to the cruise phase.

day8 up 1 pound. did 1 day on the cruise phase did not over eat in the least gained 1 pound. not sure if i drank all the h2o as I was working outside alot.

so far down 10 lbs in 8 days so i am still positive.

today is a pp (pure protein) day so lets see if i lose tomorrow.

    Remember that when you switch to cruise phase, you increase the daily ration of oat bran.

Dukan also states in his book that you may see a slight , but temporary gain when incorporating veggies because of the added fiber/water in the veggies themselves. This is part of what the increased oatbran will help with -- your body will quickly adjust and you will go on to loosing.

I think most of us love fruit because of the high sugar content....just sayin....when you think of it as sugar in another form; it's not quite so appealing...
