    Woot woot! Love a startup plan! Yours looks great! Our measurements are pretty similar actually. Finally got cleared (after a year) to restart running program - PT finally gone! Lots of intervals (4 min walk, 1 min run) and stretching to make sure I *never* get it again! Woot!

    Great time of year to just be out there! I like your plan a lot- just 2 additional things that I think are a must:

1) Be flexible- something is always better than nothing and life IS going to happen!
2) Take care of your emotional well-being ( including sleeping, down time, family time, you time.. whatever you crave the most... in realistic terms of course)

I know you know all this, but sometimes we are so MOTIVATED to rock it, we tend to forget those things.. unitl life happens or they catch up with us.

I'll be rooting you on- go Karvy go!!!

You are on fire, too! You had a baby 6 months ago and look at all you have accomplished! Also, that water looks so fabulously delicious.

And finally, your little girl has the cutest look on her face in that last pic! She looks soooooo serious! Too cute!

    One day at a time, you got this. I often think of half marathon training then when I'm doing my measley 4 mile runs I realize I'm not ever going to run a half! ha!

I'm currently planning on doing Hal Higdon's 12 week plan, but I may peek over your shoulder if I end up having a shorter time frame to dedicate to my training.

    Feel the burn! I am so excited for this. My half-marathon training is a ten week one (from self?). I am a little nervous about my week at camp, but as long as I get a few short runs in and then do a long run the Sunday I get back I think I'll do ok.

    Thanks guys. It's more like 13 weeks til the half, but I'm giving myself extra time if I need to in order to get those long runs done!

The water has lemons, cucumber and mint. It's actually very refreshing!
