It's been a while... short entry before working out

It is 5:30am and I've eaten breakfast and watched the news. Now it is time to work out!
This is the final week in the boot camp
Last week was difficult -- couldn't work out in the AM twice because of high bloodsugars, but I made up for it the next day (or later in the day on Saturday)
I haven't lost much weight, but I am starting to fit in smaller clothes, so I must be toning up. Yay!
I'm content and proud that I've been able to stay at it this long.
Once I'm done, I plan on doing another round -- and will most likely continue until I lose a significant amount of weight. We'll see
Off to work out! I'm still a little tired, so hopefully this will wake me up woot

    Outstanding and inspiring! You're moving forward on the journey and that's so important! I had T2 Diabetes and beat it doing what we're supposed to. With your persistence, you will get better and better. Stay strong!

    Indeed! I just might night keep doing the bootcamp, but I'd still wake up early and go to the gym or do something to keep active :)

    Good for you!!!! Keep at it EVEN if you do lose a signifigant amount of weight, just to keep your body healthy and strong!!! WOOHOO
