Saw a new set of photos from me. The 25 pounds I regained... every one of them is visible on me. Now I am again 60-70 pounds overweight and it is NOT pretty. I am done pretending and back on track. Today I got in a decent workout and had a 1000 calorie deficit making good food choices.
Journal and pray through the day... use God as my support NOT food.
Workout EARLY. I plan to do my workout DVD before 7:00... I know I don't like working out in front of family... not HARD workouts... so will do that while my family gets later starts in summer.
Workout AGAIN lighter later in the day... this can be dancing, wii, a walk, etc...
Drink WATER... goal for tomorrow 10 glasses
Count every bite! Have a great deficit. That is the only way to lose.
Eat lots of freggies! Eat lower (not LOW) carb... no white stuff, except mushrooms or cauliflower or onion.. lol.
Lots of accountability. No more hiding this. Hiding stinks. Reality may hurt but it is the only way forward.
