Long (Record Breaking) day at Cedar Point... :-)

We spent the entire day at Cedar Point yesterday. I've been using my BodyBugg monitor for slightly less than a year (since my dear Momma bought it for my birthday gift). Walking around the park and riding helped me to break several of my personal best records...
Total Activity Minutes - 6 hours and 23 minutes
Steps Taken - 24,226 (WOW!!!)
Calorie Burn - 4,078 (GREAT!)
I was very pleased with those numbers. I was practically jumping up and down! I made sure I drank enough fluids throughout the day, and I stayed under my calorie goal... I can't wait to weigh in this week and see what the number on the scale is. More importantly, I know that I have made a LOT of PERFECT choices this week. No matter what the number is... I am going to keep working my program. This past week I have turned over a new leaf and really been determined to make the best choices. (I still can't wait to see what the "verdict" is though!)
