Rest and Relaxation: Riding on my Trikke!

Rest and Relaxation are an important part of our fitness goals. R&R helps relieve stress, reduces cortisol (known to cause belly fat), and in this particular case, gives me a workout! Here I am on hubby's Trikke!

    I have 2 TRIKKES but no one wants to ride with me... It is harder than it looks and it does take a min to figure them out.. I cant get video to work but im sure your having as much fun as I do

    Very cool Nadine! I tried to ride one of those things once, there was a lot of cursing, a decent amount of sweat and some bruises the next day! I think it takes some practice to get good at it!!
