Today the hubby said that he would like to walk with me. He wants to start being more active. I have been making sure that I exercise at least ten minutes a day, but really like to get in at least an hour five or more times per day. I was going to go for a long bike ride, but if the hubby wants to join me in getting healthy, I will skip the bike and walk.
We started our walk and he asked what the hurry was. I had to chuckle because I remember when I first started, I walked rather slowly. I guess my pace has increased! I slowed a little, but it drove me a bit crazy. I actually wanted to take off on a run! I resisted the urge and stayed with my man.
Our two mile walk took 32 minutes. That is okay with me, however. I got in my exercise and was able to walk with my hubby!
