I worked out Tuesday through Friday this week and was pretty good on my diet. Sunday I mc'd a Tkd demo and saw Darren and family. now Jason and Brittney are over watching iron will. Oh and I started painting Jason's bedroom today. half done. I will finish his room tomorrow . Good times!
