Day 3... Not so hot...

Today was Day 3 for the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. I knew Day 2 and Day 3 would be the worst because my body is still sore from not being used to working out. Yesterday was good, my endurance was great, I was feeling good...

Today..... blew. I just wasn't into it at all. I've been kind of moody all day honestly, I think that's the reason why my workout didn't go so good. I ended up stopping about 4 minutes early, I did make sure to do all of the cardio sections and strength ones, but I skipped abdominal which is dumb because thats my biggest concern is my beer/pregnant looking stomach.

I just wasn't feeling it today. But hopefully tomorrow I can bust it all out :)

    there are some days when you just don't feel the funky vibe. That is ok! The important thing is that you did the work out.

Get a good night's rest, and things will be a lot better tomorrow!
