Weigh Day

So today is my day that a weigh in to see how much weight I've lost. I'm still at 230lbs. I didn't lose a single pound!!!! But on the good note I didn't gain any weight. I have started experimenting with healthier recipes. So far I'm not sure if my family is gonna be ok with the new I cooked my first Roast Beef in the oven. Normally I threw it in the crock pot and let it cook. I choose the recipe based on the calorie count. I loved it!!!!

I can't wait for ball season to be over. I'm glad my kids are playing ball but I feel like I'm running on fumes. My goal for the upcoming week is to get a gym membership.

    Congratulations on your positive attitude about not gaining weight. Also, I commend you for trying new recipes. Whenever I experiment with a new recipe, I talk about how yummy it will taste and make sure the presentation is pretty. Usually, it is received well. Keep up the good work.

    I am thinking of a gym membership for this winter....we have a planet fittness in the city that I work in....I worry that I won't use it though. I am more of an outdoors exerciser....I love biking and walking and such....decisions! Decisions! Keep up the good work, it will pay off in time. Your family will get use to a healthier diet....mine did over time! Take care emoticon
