So today is my day that a weigh in to see how much weight I've lost. I'm still at 230lbs. I didn't lose a single pound!!!! But on the good note I didn't gain any weight. I have started experimenting with healthier recipes. So far I'm not sure if my family is gonna be ok with the new foods....lol. I cooked my first Roast Beef in the oven. Normally I threw it in the crock pot and let it cook. I choose the recipe based on the calorie count. I loved it!!!!
I can't wait for ball season to be over. I'm glad my kids are playing ball but I feel like I'm running on fumes. My goal for the upcoming week is to get a gym membership.
