I smell the salmon cooking.
I feel like I have eaten so much today. I keep checking my food and I have listed everything and have to keep adding! I guess when you eat right you can eat a lot.
No junk which means I've chosen fruit today. I have a salad, salmon, green beans and corn for dinner. My snack is some jello (sugar free) with banana and cool whip. I also have a plum for later.
I am doing quite well today. It has reminded me if I am mindful I can eat three healthy meals and snacks and lose weight.
It's nice to be back on track. It makes me feel in control again.
